WEB

WEB, an acronym for "Where Everybody Belongs", is a middle school transition program that welcomes 6th graders and makes them feel comfortable throughout the first year of their middle school experience. Members of the 8th grade class are trained to act as positive role models, motivators, leaders and teachers who guide the 6th graders to discover what it takes to be successful in middle school. Schools have reported that WEB has helped reduce bullying and discipline issues, as well as increased student safety and connection for the whole school." Ref: theboomerangproject.org

WEB Orientation

Hyatts Middle School 8th Grade WEB Training will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, June 22 and 23 from 9-11am in the Gymnasium and Cafeteria. 6th Grade WEB Orientation will be held on Thursday, August 19 from 8-11:30am in the Gymnasium and Cafeteria.
